1.Right Click on Desktop
  -Personalize


2.Click "Change desktop icon

3.Tick "Computer And Control Panel"
  -Click "Apply and OK"

4.Righ Click on "This PC"
  - Manage

5. Disk Management
  -Right Click on Drive "E"
  -Change Drive Letter and Paths...

6.Press "Change"
  -Select drive that you want
  -Press "OK"
  -Yes
7. Now, that's OK.
